Solution: Tooling was completed on schedule. Samples were approved ahead of schedule. Packaging was approved on schedule. All containers were delivered on schedule to Costco receiving docks in China.

Solution: ChinaWise negotiated a solution for the customer that covered all tooling and prototype costs for the client. It also included enough production capacity to enable the client to completely focus on the US market while the partner expands the China market.

Solution: The Client engaged in a discrete process of market research and legal research to identify the scope of the domestic sales. Once research was completed, the Client then approached their JV partner with considerable evidence with which they negotiated a settlement and new internal processes to prohibit this practice going forward. Their relationship has never been better.

Action: Market research indicated a regulatorily complex market with little position for entry.
Solution: ChinaWise recommended a blended strategy of in-house manufacturing (to protect IP) with a negotiated relationship with a major distributor.

Action: Market research and evaluative assessments were performed indicating both RPG options and DTR sales.
